Jacob Motanya
Founder & Managing Director
Jacob brings more than 25 years of experience in architecture, project development and business leadership, with professional and entrepreneurial experience across South Africa, Kenya and the United States.
His background in the built environment informs Advice Capital’s focus on project preparation, practical delivery and the relationships needed to move infrastructure opportunities forward.
He holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology and leads businesses spanning design, development and advisory.
