Fund initiative
A staged platform concept designed to connect project preparation with long-term institutional capital. The strategy begins with developing credible projects and partnerships, followed by investment structures suited to their maturity and risk.
The initiative is in development. Fund establishment, structure, authorisations, manager appointments and fundraising remain subject to further work and approvals.

Lasierra Hospital
A proposed 444-bed regional referral hospital in Nyamira County. Advice Capital’s financial structuring workstream supports capital-stack coordination, financing-pathway assessment and potential financier engagement.
Development and export-finance routes are being explored. No financing approval or commitment is implied.
Thika Expressway initiative
A proposed transport-infrastructure opportunity focused on PPP development, sponsor coordination and consortium formation.
The initiative remains at proposal and engagement stage. No concession award, government appointment or secured financing is represented.

Advice Capital is developing an advisory offering around treasury exposures, hedging frameworks and capital-market opportunities for corporates and institutions.
The intended model combines Advice Capital’s origination and relationship coordination with specialist advisory capability. Any regulated activities would require the appropriate authorised providers and agreed engagement arrangements.
